Kanooz offers specialized catalyst handling services to the refining, petrochemical, and chemical industries.  Our highly experienced crew with advanced Lloyd's certified life support system, communication and handling systems can carryout turnkey catalyst change out operations, repairs and modifications for catalytic reactors, vessels etc. on a 'blinds to blinds' basis.

Kanooz Industrial Services has expert manpower and a wide variety of equipment to provide many services to the oil refining and petrochemical manufacturing sector such as:

	* Confined space and inert / toxic entry operations * Unloading of Catalyst under inert/toxic atmosphere * Screening of Catalyst under continuous Nitrogen Purging * Loading by conventional and licensed loading              technologies * Repairs, modifications and welding of reactors & vessels * Video inspection of internals and documentation
With a combination of advanced equipment, well experienced and highly trained team, Kanooz has a strong commitment to safety and provides effective job performance. We place the highest priority on the training of our personnel in the inert entry operations, maintenance of equipment, emergency rescue operations and the use of our special breathing air systems.	All inert entry operators and support staff are provided with training in a number of safety and awareness courses such as, Safety & Response, advanced fire fighting, CPR, gas testing and hazardous material handling etc.

Kanooz has carried out several unloading/loading works in the Kingdom for Sabic Affiliates which include huge quantities of (2080 m3, 850m3, 640m3, 150m3 etc.) perlite from vessels on a turnkey basis.  Also carried out several unloading loading jobs under BA conditions for column packings in the past.

Kanooz has a well established in-house BA training facility where the technicians are trained to carryout inert/toxic entry activities including welding under BA conditions.  The crew is trained in advanced firefighting, safety training, rescue techniques etc.
