FOAM CLEANING
The
compressed chemical (solvent) FOAM is generated by the specially
designed foam generator is used as the cleaning medium which
provides better surface contact than chemical circulation
methods and reduces the solvent consumption to 10% thus to
eliminate disposal problems of larger volumes of solvents. The
Foam Cleaning system is the ideal method for cleaning of process
vessels, fin tube exchangers, surface condensers, high pressure
steam turbines etc. because of its maximum solvent-to surface
exposure so as to reach entire surface without air/gas locks or
gaps.

Kanooz’s specialty products are new generation formulations that
are highly effective in removing light and heavy-end
hydrocarbons from the process units, rendering them free of
hydrocarbons, with zero LEL and H2S, and less than 1.0 ppm of
benzene.

full-unit decontamination jobs, where the entire unit can be
decontaminated within a 30-hour period, on average. We assist

circulation loops to decontaminate either complete or partial

PIPELINE

in the act of scavenging pipelines at various phases of its life
starting from its construction to operation to routine

flushing, testing, drying services ahead of schedule.
Pre-commissioning clean up of piping: Kanooz has successfully
engineered and carried out several pipeline pigging, testing,
flushing, dew point level drying and preservation works of
pipelines for industry majors in the Kingdom. Kanooz has carried
out turnkey basis pigging & drying of critical oxygen service and
hydrocarbon pipelines in the past.

pipeline services include high velocity flushing of
multidirectional pipelines using special HV Flush systems, oil
