JOB DESCRIPTION: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - PROJECT MARKETING


The business development manager is responsible for expanding company's operational windows and increase revenues. The BDM is also responsible for identifying new markets and attracting new clients. The Business Development Manager to generate new business opportunities, identify potential areas & clients, develop strategic plans and sales strategies, conduct presentations, and negotiations with prospective customers.
The manager will be accountable for delivering and maintaining high standards of customer relations through both sales efforts and business operations.

Responsibilities:

The BDM is responsible to develop a detailed business plan in consultation with higher management and follow the same so as to achieve specific goals & objectives of the business unit.

The BDM should be able to conduct extensive market search prior to starting up a new business window and continue gathering information about the business as it progresses.

The BDM is responsible to investigate the economic conditions of surroundings such as industry trends and competition in each window of business.

A detailed long term business plan should be finalized in view of strategies, goals and objective of business on each operating window basis. The plan need to be reviewed to cop up with changing scenarios and based on prevailing economic conditions.

The BDM should be able to identify and assign key actions that the marketing department is going to pursue for effective business and develop the team work.

A BDM should be able to present the strategy clearly to its customers. The strategy should contain a clear vision followed by a set of clear time-bound actions in order to achieve consistent success.

As a key person, the BDM has an important role in managing the performance of their staff. This includes employee selection, career development, resource planning and working out compensation and rewards. The BDM is responsible for the growth and increase in the organizations' finances and revenue.

JOB DESCRIPTION: MANAGER MAINTENANCE ‿MOBILE EQUIPMENT


The Maintenance Manager is responsible for planning and scheduling maintenance on the mobile, and project equipment with the Projects Division.

The Maintenance Manager will be accountable for delivering and maintaining the equipment and thus to improve the reliability of machineries.

Responsibilities:

The Maintenance Manager should be able to develop proper planning, scheduling for regular maintenance/routine checks, major equipment overhaul or even more important, statutory and mandatory inspections/certifications like MVPI, inspection on heavy equipment like cranes, trucks etc.

Responsible for scheduling and taking up preventive maintenance of equipment to improve the reliability and avoid major breakdowns.

The MM need to develop suitable recovery plan to cover breakdowns and revamping of equipment and apply them effectively to support the field requirements.

The MM to document/record the maintenance work on each equipment and to generate reporting in order to analyse the equipment reliability. The maintenance statistics and equipment history recording should be maintained for reference and thus to figure out feasibility of equipment being in the fleet.

The MM to chalk out follow a spare parts plan maintain proper inventory of the spares. This includes reconditioning of reusable spares and accessories as necessary.

The MM is accountable for proper maintenance and upkeeping of equipment within the projects division.

Ensure proper coordination with Operations Department personnel and project team to decide the priorities and attend the maintenance accordingly.

The MM is responsible for organizing training programs in equipment operation, minor maintenance requirements, safe handling and upkeeping guidelines for operators and other related staff on a regular basis.

The MM is responsible to develop and follow proper tire management and optimize the tire utilization and it one of the major ingredient in the maintenance.

The MM is responsible to supervise and take charge of the activities and productivity of their subordinates.
